General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions - hereinafter referred to as GTC -, regulate the conditions of purchase of the different products offered on our website: www.redpassions.eu , with VAT                  and located in                                   .

Users who make purchases on www.redpassions.eu fully accept these GTC and will be bound by them, as if they were written at the time of contracting/purchase.

It will be an essential requirement to read and accept the GTC, prior to the purchase of any product through www.redpassions.eu.

REDPASSIONS reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time and without prior notice. The GTC will always be accessible from the website, so that the user can consult or print them at any time.

The prices and conditions of sale are for information purposes only and may be modified according to market fluctuations. However, placing an order by filling in the purchase form implies conformity with the price offered and with the general conditions of sale in force at that particular moment. Once the order has been formalised, the purchase will be understood to be fully completed, with all the legal guarantees that protect the purchasing consumer and, from that moment, the prices and conditions will have a contractual nature and may not be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties. English will be the language used to formalise the contract. Revised conditions as of 1 September 2023.

Redpassions reserves the right to refuse and/or suspend access to the services provided on www.redpassions.eu for reasons of breach of contractual good faith, breach of applicable legislation, of these General Conditions of Purchase and/or in cases of fraud detected by this company and/or any of its suppliers.

1.- Payment methods

The methods of payment through which you can buy in Redpassions are PayPal, bank transfer. The following bank cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Orders can be paid in Euros.

2.- Security in payment transactions

Redpassions guarantees that the personal data collected will be transmitted in a secure environment and will be used with the strictest confidentiality.

As part of the fight against fraud on the Internet, data relating to the Buyer's Order may be communicated to third parties authorised by law or designated by Redpassions, for the sole purpose of verifying the identity of the Buyer, as well as the validity of the Order, the means of payment used and the planned delivery.

Once this check has been completed, Redpassions reserves the right to demand a photocopy of the Purchaser's identity document and/or any other data relating to the Purchaser's identity. The Buyer has the rights conferred on him by the regulations on the protection of personal data as set out in the Privacy Policy.

3.- Deliveries

Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated on each and every one of the products offered. Orders that include several items will be sent in a single shipment.

Delivery times vary between 1 and 3 days at the customer's choice for deliveries in Spain/Portugal and from 1 to 12 days for deliveries in the rest of the European Union. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that transport companies meet them whenever possible. In rural areas far from urban centres it is not possible to guarantee delivery within 24 hours.

We ship orders after confirmation of payment. In addition, we have control parameters for outgoing orders

4.- Reception of logistics agencies.

Redpassions is not responsible for damaged shipments received by the recipient, therefore the recipient is obliged NOT to pick up any shipment that has symptoms of having been tampered with by the logistics agency that may cause theft, robbery or manipulation of the contents.

5.- Compulsory procedures in the event of a damaged package.

In the event of an incident detected in the presence of the transport company:

  • Refuse delivery and clearly state the incident in detail.

  • Indicate the reason for the refusal of delivery to the Customer Service Department of the transport company.

In the event of incidents detected without the presence of the transport company:

The notification of incidents and the formulation of complaints must be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 2 working days of delivery of the product.

Mandatory procedures in the event of missing or damaged products.

It will be essential to take photos of the outer box to check the condition in which you have received your shipment in order to process any claim. The Buyer must communicate the absence or deterioration of the product to the Redpassions Customer Service Department by the means specified in the previous section. Customer Service may request any information relating to the identity of the Buyer or the recipient of the Order and may carry out any verifications that may be necessary for the case.

6.- Customer service / Mediation service

7.- Conditions for returns

Return of products with gift or promotion. The complete return (complete pack or article + gift) will be obligatory in order to be able to proceed with the refund. In the case of products that include app download codes, it will be a requirement not to have downloaded them in order to proceed with the full refund.

We will only accept returns of unsealed material in perfect condition within 14 calendar days of receipt.

We will not accept returns of products in blister packs or heat-sealed products, and other products with a broken factory security seal.

The above conditions do not waive the right to warranty or exchange of defective products. Redpassions reserves the right to refuse the return if any anomaly is detected in the returned product.

8.- Warranties

The guarantee does not cover defects caused by incorrect use of the product and/or handling of the product other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or operation. In such cases, the consumer shall be responsible for repairing the product. They are, therefore, excluded from the guarantee:

Defects and deterioration caused by external events, accidents, mainly electrical accidents, wear and tear and use not in accordance with Redpassions's instructions.

Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorised by Redpassions, as well as products which are the subject of a specific support contract.

9.- Dispute resolution
